My approach includes a blending of video, scenario-based, micro-learning, interactive elements, animations, comics, job aids, and facilitator guides to promote a desire for continuous learning among participants. I ensure that each learning experience is tailored to different learning styles, age groups, and preferences, resulting in effective and engaging educational outcomes.

Flagship Project: From Pit to Palace - Joseph's Journey Part 1
Have you read about the boy with big dreams and very jealous brothers?
This eLearning project was developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and mimics the format used in the sample lesson and activity from Dr. Marion's Learning Lab. Students complete this self-paced reading lesson, which features the story of Joseph from the Bible and is embedded with historical artifact information. This project contains unique interactivity opportunities like Shaky 8 Ball and Tile Flip. Content focuses on non-fiction Bible text, summarizing, and memory verse memory.

Feature Project: Defender of the Everglades
Did you know the person who spent their entire life defending the Florida Everglades?
This eLearning project was developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and mimics the format used in the sample lesson and activity from Dr. Marion's Learning Lab. Students complete this self-paced reading lesson which features Marjory Stoneman Douglas, a writer who loved the Everglades and worked hard to protect them. This project contains multiple interactivity opportunities, as well as, content which focuses on non-fiction text, summarizing, and vocabulary building.

Security Project: Password Power-Up
Do you know why you need a strong password and how to make one?
These self-paced, grade level specific lessons were developed to assist students in the school district with password creation. Content was provided by subject matter experts and eLearning lessons were created in Canva and housed in Canvas. Choice of optional themes and characters are available to encourage engagement. Full of interactive elements and multiple formats for accessing the content, each self-paced lesson with activities takes students approximately 20 minutes to complete.

This eLearning digital job aid was developed using the Canva platform and created to help both instructional and non-instructional employees of Volusia County Schools navigate VPortal, the official single sign-on platform for accessing digital resources. Employees can customize their personal desktop to provide organization needed for quick access to essential programs through the many customizing tools available in VPortal. |
Scenario Learning: AI Detection Adventure
Can you detect the use of Artificial Intelligence in someone's writing?
This scenario-based Micro-learning was designed as a follow-up training to the Innovate and Educate eLearning course. This 3-5 minute lesson puts teachers in a real-life situation, helping them learn how to recognize the use of AI in student writing and allows them to practice confronting students on the topic of AI literacy.

Do you have what it takes to work
along side a machine-learning entity? This eLearning course was designed to assist Volusia County Schools teachers and staff with understanding School Board Policy 428 as it pertains to integrating AI into K-12 classrooms, learning about AI literacy utilizing in an educational setting, and discovering resources designed to assist with implementing Artificial Intelligence.
